This is overwhelming and discouraging. Learn to understand the larger picture of how to achieve lifetime health and fitness. Something everyone wants but with few who can and will offer an approach to achieve it. Understand the comprehensive 6 pillar method for achieving and maintaining a martial arts- fighting capable level of health and fitness throughout your entire life in as little as 4 hours per week. Start working on developing your paradigm. Your paradigm is what shapes all the thinking you do about your own health. This thinking is arguably the most consistent input towards the outcome of the health you experience. Make it work for you rather than against you. The human being was designed incredibly well. Health is a natural occurrence and available to all that will learn and adhere to the laws of health. Change your paradigm and mindset about your health as the first and foremost step towards achieving lifetime health. With your paradigm set properly, the course moves on to discuss how to engage your "primitive core" more in daily life as well as the dietary and rest practices needed to achieve the "ageless" state of health and fitness.
